In the public-private partnership between The Vallei and Veluwe Regional Water Authority and manure transport company Jan Bakker, Bright Biomethane supplied a biogas upgrading system for the upgrading of the produced biogas from manure by the ‘BECH’ biogas plant. The system produces 8 million Nm³ biomethane per year. The biomethane – also known as renewable natural gas – is distributed through the gas grid, and is equivalent to gas consumption of approximately 6,000 Dutch households.
