Tweede Exloërmond, Netherlands
In the north of the Netherlands, Bright Biomethane has realized a biogas upgrading system with a capacity of 750 Nm³/hr biogas which is upgraded to 490 Nm³/hr biomethane. In this same project, the existing biogas installation, already running for 10 years, has been completely coverted / renovated. When the MEP-subsidy expired the owner decided to switch from electricity production to upgrading of biogas to biomethane with natural gas quality. The biomethane is injected into the Dutch natural gas grid.
Bright Biomethane supplied the equipment for the renovation of the plant, the complete overhaul of the operating system and the biogas upgrading system.
